1. Information We Collect
Dende collects personal information required to authenticate professional users, verify statutory land ownership claims, process tariff orders, and provide cadastral intelligence.
- Account Details: Full name, professional registration numbers (e.g. SURCON license IDs), organization affiliation, email address, and billing coordinates.
- Document & Title Submissions: Deeds of Assignment, Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), survey plan raster scans, and cadastral boundary vertex logs.
- Transaction Logs: Order histories, tariff purchases, wallet balances, and API consumption telemetry.
2. Geospatial & Coordinate Data
Cadastral boundary coordinates (polygon vertices, beacons, and geodetic closure vectors) represent physical geographic land attributes. When ingested, spatial geometries are mapped into standard geodetic projections (EPSG:4326 / WGS84 and EPSG:26331/26332 Minna UTM).
Private ownership identities associated with registered land parcels are decoupled from public spatial boundary rendering unless verified by authorized sovereign land registry decrees.
3. Public Registry Transparency vs. Personal Privacy
Under sovereign cadastral legislation, land titles, gazetted road corridors, and registered survey plans are public instruments designed to prevent illicit property transfers and double-allocations.
Dende balances statutory public record transparency with individual privacy by masking sensitive personal identifiers (such as national identity numbers, personal telephone lines, and private banking tokens) from general search results.
4. Telemetry, Cookies & Conversion Tracking
Dende employs privacy-conscious conversion tracking and session telemetry to optimize platform performance, monitor search query speed, and measure user milestone conversions (such as survey plan OCR executions and due diligence verifications).
Telemetry events are anonymized and processed without cross-site tracking cookies or sale to third-party advertising networks.
5. Data Security & Storage
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with AES-256 GCM cipher suites. Cadastral records at rest are stored in sovereign-compliant encrypted multi-region datacenters with automated audit logging for every read and write operation.
6. Your Data Subject Rights (NDPR / GDPR)
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to:
